more granny squares!
ok so here are my very first granny squares!! i’m going to make a blanet with them(:
Granny Burst Baby Blanket.
This was a stash project, but the yarn is so irresistibly soft that you can’t help but want to snuggle up inside it. That is, if the blanket were larger or you were the size of a baby.
i love this stitch but i’m not really fond of pieces made of granny squares (blankets are ok, i guess), so granny stripes sound much more useful to me!
my broken granny square
It’s still beautiful.
I made a pair of slippers using 12 granny squares from a really fun tutorial on purlbee.com (you can get check it out by clicking the photo).
If you can double and single crochet, you can make these slippers. So easy, and so cute.
Four of each of these squares made slippers… Who knew?
I used Red Heart Super Saver in Lt. Periwinkle, Turqua, and Lavender.
